I was first introduced to Unitarian Universalism in 2003, and decided to join UCH along with my husband, Clay, in 2005. After growing up in a United Methodist church, I was in search of a faith community more in line with my beliefs, and immediately UCH felt like home. We have two small boys, ages 3 and 6, who participate in the RE program. I have been involved in many UCH activities over the years, including Common Ground Cafe, Adult RGL Committee, UCH orchestra/marching band, Silent Witnesses, Lay Liturgist, Youth Group mission trip leader, nursery volunteer, and I served one year as Secretary of the Religious Exploration Committee.

I am excited for the opportunity to participate in the Ministerial Search Committee and am fully committed to helping UCH call our next settled minister to serve the needs of our diverse congregation and this beloved community.
